1.基于靶标的抗腫瘤藥物研究
主要針對細胞信号轉導通路、腫瘤相關表觀遺傳學等進行小分子靶向抗腫瘤藥物的設計、合成與活性研究。
2.抗阿爾茨海默症(AD)藥物研究
基于表觀遺傳學調節與阿爾茨海默症(AD)發病機制進行合理藥物設計、合成與評價研究。
