金康 研究員

金康,博士,推荐几个网赌网站研究員,藥物化學博士生導師。2019年入選山東省“泰山學者青年專家”。博士畢業于香港大學化學系,主要從事多肽與蛋白類藥物的合成、修飾與生物活性研究,迄今為止,在本學科領域權威學術期刊(Nature Commun.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Med. Res. Rev.等)發表SCI論11篇,第一及通訊作者累計影響因子52.742,申請國際專利一項,中國專利一項。

二、研究領域:

以現代多肽與蛋白合成方法學為基礎,開展天然多肽及蛋白質的全合成以及結構修飾研究,蛋白質功能及藥物靶點研究。主要工作内容包括:開發更為有效的蛋白質合成手段,并以具有抗菌及抗腫瘤等藥物活性的天然多肽蛋白為先導化合物,進行合理藥物設計、合成及構效關系研究。通過化學合成翻譯後修飾蛋白(如磷酸化、乙酰化、糖基化等),結合化學交叉連接、點擊化學以及代謝标記等技術,确定未知的藥物靶點,并進一步應用于新一代藥物的開發研究。

(1)多肽與蛋白類天然産物的全合成及結構修飾。

(2)多肽與蛋白合成方法學及化學生物學研究。

(3)基于生物靶标的抗腫瘤藥物的設計、合成與活性研究。
