尚卓，男，教授，博士生導師。2016年畢業于澳大利亞昆士蘭大學，獲得天然藥物化學博士學位，随後在加州大學聖地亞哥分校Scripps海洋研究所、洛克菲勒大學、南卡羅萊納大學和西澳大學進行博士後研究。2021年入選山東大學“齊魯青年學者”特聘教授（第一層次）。主要從事微生物活性次級代謝産物的發現、生物合成和新型抗感染、抗腫瘤藥物的研究工作。采用天然産物化學、（宏）基因組學、分子生物學等交叉學科手段，已從海洋微生物、極端微生物以及土壤不可培養微生物中分離、表達和鑒定了160多個天然産物分子，包括6類具有抗耐藥菌和抗腫瘤活性的新穎化合物骨架。迄今共發表SCI研究論文32篇，其中以第一作者和和通訊作者（包括共同第一和共同通訊作者）在Journal of the American Chemical Society、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Organic Letters、Journal of Organic Chemistry、ACS Infectious Diseases等國際學術期刊發表研究論文19篇，3次受邀作國際會議口頭報告，參與多項美國NIH和澳大利亞ARC研究項目。
